The stars are all starting to align for getting our wetland conservation classes on the calendar - we have the curriculum, the venue, the wetlands...but equipment is still something we're gathering.
Our courses are all about making wildlife conservation accessible, especially for those in financial need. That said, having loaner equipment available for our workshops is critical to increasing accessibility. If you or someone you know might have any of the following equipment for donation or would be willing to purchase it specially, it would mean the world to us and to someone who would otherwise be unable to attend.
Items Needed:
Chest Waders (All sizes/styles accepted)
Tall rubber boots (think Muck, XtraTuff, etc.)
D-frame Dip Nets (like this: https://www.forestry-suppliers.com/p/53770/50640/wildco-d-frame-aquatic-dip-net?srsltid=AfmBOorwlH-EJneVWfsDiUwQ80E6DcboSZyrjhkWxfD7SRTFbL8fwCtQ)
Sharpshooter shovels
No need for delivery - we'll even come to you! Just shoot us a text (269-261-0778) or an email at info@midwestfowl.org
